¿Cómo funciona el reto?
Sal a caminar 30 minutos y, al terminar, hazte un selfie. Kyoru mide qué parte de la foto eres tú y qué parte es el mundo —más mundo y menos tú— y añade un punto a tu evolución.
¿Cómo sabe Kyoru que he caminado?
Con tu permiso, lee de Salud tus pasos y entrenamientos de caminata del iPhone y del Apple Watch. Si no ves el progreso, revisa Ajustes › Salud › Acceso a datos y dispositivos › Kyoru y activa las categorías. Sin ese permiso puedes dar el paseo por hecho a mano.
¿Qué incluye Kyoru Pro?
Kyoru es gratis e incluye 3 selfies. Kyoru Pro desbloquea selfies ilimitados, las estadísticas de tu evolución, el mapa de tus lugares, el perfil público y quitar los banners. Los precios se muestran en la app en tu moneda.
He comprado Kyoru Pro y no aparece
En la pantalla de Kyoru Pro, toca «Restaurar compras» con el mismo Apple ID con el que compraste. Si sigue sin aparecer, escríbeme con la fecha de compra.
¿Cómo cancelo la suscripción o pido un reembolso?
Las suscripciones las gestiona Apple: Ajustes › [tu nombre] › Suscripciones › Kyoru. Los reembolsos se piden a Apple en reportaproblem.apple.com.
¿Cómo paso mi diario a otro iPhone?
Tu diario se guarda en tu iCloud. Inicia sesión con la misma cuenta de iCloud, con iCloud Drive activado, y abre Kyoru: las entradas se sincronizan solas.
Salgo con amigos en la foto
Kyoru detecta a cada persona y te deja elegir cuál eres tú, para que el reparto tú / mundo sea el tuyo.
El mapa o el pasaporte no muestran mis fotos
El mapa y los sellos del pasaporte necesitan el permiso de Ubicación (mientras se usa la app) en el momento del selfie. Actívalo en Ajustes › Privacidad y seguridad › Localización › Kyoru. El pasaporte se puede añadir a Apple Wallet desde Mapa › Pasaporte.
¿Cómo denuncio o bloqueo a alguien?
Desde el menú ··· de cualquier selfie o perfil en Explorar, elige Denunciar o Bloquear. Lo denunciado desaparece en el momento de tu app y se revisa en menos de 24 horas. Las cuentas bloqueadas están en Explorar › tu perfil › Cuentas bloqueadas.
¿Cómo borro mis datos o mi perfil público?
Borra entradas desde la app, o el perfil público entero desde Explorar › tu perfil › Borrar mi perfil público. Todos los detalles, en la política de privacidad.
Normas de la comunidad (perfil público)
El diario es privado. Lo que publicas en tu perfil público lo ve gente, así que hay que aceptar estas normas antes de crear el perfil y antes de publicar:
- Tus selfies, no los de nadie más. Si sale alguien más, que sea con su permiso; si es un menor, no lo publiques.
- Sin desnudos ni contenido sexual.
- Sin odio, acoso ni violencia, ni nada que anime a hacerse daño.
- Sé tú, sin spam: no te hagas pasar por otra persona ni uses el perfil para vender o captar.
- Nada ilegal.
Quien incumpla las normas pierde el perfil público y lo publicado se retira; el contenido sexual con menores y las amenazas suponen cierre directo. Si crees que te hemos retirado algo por error, escribe a support@imprifyapp.com. Tu diario privado no se toca nunca.

Frequently asked questions
How does the challenge work?
Go for a 30-minute walk and take a selfie when you finish. Kyoru measures how much of the photo is you and how much is the world — more world, less you — and adds a point to your progress.
How does Kyoru know I walked?
With your permission it reads your steps and walking workouts from Health, from your iPhone and Apple Watch. If you don’t see progress, check Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Kyoru and turn the categories on. Without that permission you can mark the walk as done by hand.
What does Kyoru Pro include?
Kyoru is free and includes 3 selfies. Kyoru Pro unlocks unlimited selfies, your progress stats, the map of your places, the public profile and hiding banners. Prices are shown in the app in your currency.
I bought Kyoru Pro and it doesn’t show up
On the Kyoru Pro screen, tap “Restore Purchases” with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still doesn’t appear, email me with the purchase date.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Kyoru. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I move my journal to another iPhone?
Your journal is stored in your iCloud. Sign in with the same iCloud account, with iCloud Drive turned on, and open Kyoru: entries sync on their own.
My friends are in the photo
Kyoru detects each person and lets you choose which one is you, so the you / world split is yours.
The map or passport doesn’t show my photos
The map and passport stamps need Location permission (while using the app) when you take the selfie. Turn it on in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Kyoru. You can add the passport to Apple Wallet from Map › Passport.
How do I report or block someone?
From the ··· menu of any selfie or profile in Explore, choose Report or Block. Reported content disappears from your app immediately and is reviewed within 24 hours. Blocked accounts are in Explore › your profile › Blocked accounts.
How do I delete my data or public profile?
Delete entries in the app, or the whole public profile from Explore › your profile › Delete my public profile. All the details are in the privacy policy.
Community guidelines (public profile)
Your journal is private. What you publish on your public profile is seen by people, so these guidelines must be accepted before creating a profile and before publishing:
- Your selfies, nobody else’s. If someone else is in it, only with their permission; if it’s a minor, don’t publish it.
- No nudity or sexual content.
- No hate, harassment or violence, and nothing encouraging self-harm.
- Be yourself, no spam: don’t impersonate anyone or use your profile to sell or recruit.
- Nothing illegal.
Breaking the guidelines means losing the public profile and having published content removed; sexual content involving minors and threats lead to immediate closure. If you think something was removed by mistake, email support@imprifyapp.com. Your private journal is never touched.

散歩したことをどうやって判定しますか？
許可をいただくと、iPhoneとApple Watchの歩数とウォーキングのワークアウトをヘルスケアから読み取ります。進捗が表示されない場合は、「設定」›「ヘルスケア」›「データアクセスとデバイス」›「Kyoru」で項目をオンにしてください。許可しない場合は、散歩の完了を手動で記録できます。
Kyoru Proには何が含まれますか？
Kyoruは無料で、セルフィー3枚まで使えます。Kyoru Proでは、セルフィー無制限、変化の統計、場所のマップ、公開プロフィール、バナーの非表示が使えます。価格はアプリ内にお住まいの通貨で表示されます。
Kyoru Proを購入したのに反映されません
Kyoru Proの画面で、購入時と同じApple IDで「購入を復元」をタップしてください。それでも反映されない場合は、購入日を添えてメールでご連絡ください。
解約や返金の方法は？
サブスクリプションはAppleが管理しています：「設定」›［あなたの名前］›「サブスクリプション」›「Kyoru」。返金はreportaproblem.apple.comからAppleに請求してください。
日記を別のiPhoneに移すには？
日記はあなたのiCloudに保存されています。同じiCloudアカウントでサインインし、iCloud Driveをオンにした状態でKyoruを開くと、自動で同期されます。
友だちと一緒に写っています
Kyoruは写っている一人ひとりを検出し、どれがあなたかを選べるので、あなた／世界の割合はあなた自身のものになります。
マップやパスポートに写真が表示されません
マップとパスポートのスタンプには、セルフィーを撮るときに位置情報の許可（アプリの使用中）が必要です。「設定」›「プライバシーとセキュリティ」›「位置情報サービス」›「Kyoru」でオンにしてください。パスポートは「マップ」›「パスポート」からApple Walletに追加できます。
通報やブロックの方法は？
「探索」でセルフィーやプロフィールの「···」メニューから「通報」または「ブロック」を選びます。通報したものはすぐにあなたのアプリから消え、24時間以内に確認されます。ブロックしたアカウントは「探索」›自分のプロフィール›「ブロックしたアカウント」にあります。
データや公開プロフィールを削除するには？
エントリーはアプリから、公開プロフィール全体は「探索」›自分のプロフィール›「公開プロフィールを削除」から削除できます。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
コミュニティガイドライン（公開プロフィール）
日記はプライベートです。公開プロフィールに公開したものはほかの人が見るため、プロフィールの作成前と公開前にこのガイドラインへの同意が必要です：
- 自分のセルフィーだけ。ほかの人が写っている場合は本人の許可を得てください。未成年者が写っているものは公開しないでください。
- ヌードや性的なコンテンツは禁止。
- ヘイト、嫌がらせ、暴力は禁止。自傷を促すものも禁止です。
- なりすましやスパムは禁止。販売や勧誘にプロフィールを使わないでください。
- 違法なものは禁止。
ガイドラインに違反すると公開プロフィールを失い、公開したものは削除されます。未成年者が関わる性的コンテンツと脅迫は即時停止となります。誤って削除されたと思われる場合は support@imprifyapp.com までご連絡ください。プライベートな日記に手が加えられることはありません。
